ScoreCardsm Bonus Point Program Rules

1. Every dollar in purchases net of returns (“Net Purchases”) that account holders (“You”) charge to an account covered by this ScoreCard Point Program (“Program”) and that appears on your statement during the Program period, earns You one point as provided for in these Rules (“Point”). Points for this Program begin to accumulate with purchases You make beginning on the day You are accepted into the Program. Orders are only accepted through the mail except for the Universal ticket, which can be ordered by calling 1-800-842-3006. All orders must be received by the last business day of the month in which Points are expiring. Final gift/travel award orders must be received no later than 60 days after your Program ends. Contact your financial institution (“Sponsor”) for full details on eligibility dates.

2. Points can be used to order the gift/travel awards described in the current ScoreCard Brochure. The Brochures are revised periodically and items from prior Brochures cannot be ordered. You may select gift/travel awards, (subject to availability), from any level, as long as You have the then necessary number of Points posted to your account. To check on availability, call 1-800-854-0790. Point requirements are subject to change from time to time and gift/travel awards may be substituted at any time. Should a gift/travel award be discontinued, it will be replaced with a gift/travel award of equal or greater value or You will be advised so that You can make an alternate selection.

3. Your gift will usually be delivered by UPS or Parcel Post within 4-6 weeks. Shipments cannot be made to a post office box, APO address or outside the 50 United States .

4. A gift can only be exchanged in the event it arrives in defective or damaged condition. To receive instructions on how to return defective or damaged merchandise, call 1-800-627-6428. Be sure to note any exceptions, damages or shortages on the delivery receipt before signing to accept freight shipment.

5. Applicable manufacturers’ warranties, if any, will be included with your gift. SPONSOR, FINANCIAL INSTITUTION BENEFIT ASSOCIATION, INC (“FIBA”), CERTEGY CARD SERVICES, INC. (“CERTEGY” OR PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR) AND ANY ASSOCIATION YOUR SPONSOR IS A MEMBER OF (“ASSOCIATION”) MAKE NO PRODUCT REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY AS TO THE CONDITION, QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF PRODUCTS AN/OR SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THIS PROGRAM. 

6. Points in this Program cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, may not be used with any other offer, promotion or discount, cannot be combined with cash to obtain to obtain a gift/travel award and cannot be earned or transferred to, any other charge, credit card or other accounts.  Your credit card may be charged for the actual cash difference between the cost of the Award redeemed and the net value of the actual Points available in the event you redeem unearned Points.

7. Your ScoreCard earnings statement will normally include the number of Points earned, subject to adjustment as provided for in these Rules. Your credit card may be charged for the actual cash difference between the cost of the Award redeemed and the net value of the actual Points available in the event you redeem unearned points.

8. Your account must be open clear (i.e. not cancelled, terminated, delinquent or otherwise not available to use for charges) at the time your order is received and thereafter. Otherwise, your Sponsor reserves the right to suspend your participation in the Program and your Points will be forfeited.

9. Despite our best efforts to ensure accuracy, printing errors occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors at anytime even if it affects an existing order.

10. This program may be modified, suspended or cancelled and the redemption value of already accumulated Points may be changed at any time without notice and without restriction or penalty. Changes to the Program may include, but are not limited to, modification which affect Point accrual and which expire Points based on the Point term, age and expiration date of the selected option(s). You will be notified of Point accrual and/ or Point expiration Program changes. Award orders must be received on or before the Program end and/or expiration dates. Contact your Sponsor for details on any current promotions affecting Point accrual or redemption options. Points may be forfeited due to Rules violations. This program is void where prohibited or restricted by law. You are responsible for any applicable federal, state or local taxes.”

11. You agree to hold FIBA, Certegy, any Association and any vendors associated with the Program totally harmless if your Sponsor fails to meet its contractual and other obligations with FIBA or Certegy, which results in the Program being interrupted or terminated prior to you having the opportunity to redeem your Points or receive your gifts/travel awards. Also, you agree to hold IBA/Certegy/Sponsor/Association harmless if a vendor files for bankruptcy, or otherwise goes out of business, after you have redeemed your Points for a gift/travel award from the vendor but before you are able to use the award.

12. Certain restrictions may apply to travel, lodging and other certificates. Travel and other certificates are not exchangeable, refundable, transferable or redeemable for cash. Your award will usually be delivered within 4-6 weeks of processing your order. You may request travel certificates, tickets and documents to be delivered by overnight carrier and agree to pay the associated additional delivery fees by credit card. You are responsible for Federally-imposed airline security fees as well as any surcharges or additional fees as may be imposed by the airlines or aviation authority and must pay them by credit card at the time of the reservation booking. All certificates will be mailed first class and will not be replaced in the event of loss, destruction or theft.

13) Some Sponsors may choose to add additional local rules and Program Opportunities. Please ask your Sponsor to see if such local rules are applicable to your participation in the Program. A complete and definitive list of Program Rules is available from your Sponsor.

14) The Program Administrator shall resolve all questions of what constitutes an eligible charge. All Rule determinations by the Program Administrator are final. Your use of your account following receipt of these Rules will indicate your agreement to these Rules.

This Program is available to account holders whose Sponsor (i) has enrolled as a sponsoring member of FIBA and (ii) has contracted with FIBA for this Program for You. All Program Rule determinations by FIBA are final. Your use of your account following receipt of these of these Rules will indicate your agreement to these Rules.
